Understand what’s keeping you stuck, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity.
My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep curiosity about the connection between emotional and physical well-being.
As both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Doctor of Pharmacy, I bring a unique whole-person perspective to therapy. I understand that chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and trauma don't exist separately from your body, health, relationships, identity, or the environments you move through.
My lived experiences have shaped my understanding of how culture, family expectations, identity, and the pressure to remain strong can influence how we cope, connect with others, and care for ourselves. This perspective guides me in creating a space where you don't have to leave important parts of yourself at the door.
What is it like to work with me?
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and compassionately direct. Together, we will explore the experiences and patterns affecting your well-being, strengthen practical coping skills, and help you build greater self-trust as you move along your grounded path.
I won’t simply sit back and nod—we’ll work together to understand what’s beneath the surface, recognize patterns, and turn insight into meaningful change.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you. Some days may involve deeper reflection; others may focus on practical tools, nervous-system regulation, or navigating an immediate challenge. I’ll meet you with respect, honesty, and occasional humor while creating space for you to feel seen, supported, and gently challenged.
Understand What Shaped You
We explore the experiences, relationships, cultural messages, environments, and systems that have shaped how you see yourself and move through the world. Together, we can identify patterns that once helped you survive but may no longer support the life you want.
Reconnect With Yourself
Healing is more than understanding your story intellectually. We make space for your emotions, your body, and your nervous system—building greater awareness, self-compassion, regulation, and a sense of safety within yourself.
Move Toward Your Authentic Self
Therapy can help you clarify what matters to you and begin making choices that reflect your values, needs, boundaries, and identity. The goal isn't to become someone new—it's to feel more grounded, connected, and comfortable being who you already are.
